As a sales coordinator, you manage sales teams and facilitate communication between sales representatives. You are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. In a sales coordinator position, it is also your job to help customers and make sales. Sales coordinators need to be friendly and highly organized. You’ll spend a lot of time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Qualify all lead within 2 hours of receipt – sales calls, walk-ins, live chat, online form, referral, social-media
- Ensure contact protocol is followed by reaching out to leads on Day 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 via call and email
- Maintain full and detailed records of lead qualification and opportunity creation and hand over to Business Set-up Advisors
- Answer calls for Sales, logged messages and/or transferred calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on lead qualification matrix such as Time to Qualify, Lead Status, Lead Source and other reports as required
- Provide marketing with relevant customer lists as required or requested
- Provide update and feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads received and the channel from where they are received
- Track leads received by marketing campaign
